In this show we discuss the list again. I also discuss some trials and tribulations with LiveCycle and upgrading. We go in depth on my issues with saying "um" all the time. Then we take a short swim in lake Frontpage. I also discuss my upcoming presentation for the Online CFUG.

I got the annoyance for it, from taking broadcasting classes.
Newscasters are beat horribly for filler words.
