Show #39 - iPad, Flash, HTML5, and CSS

Add comments

In this show we talk about our impressions of the iPad.  We give our initial impressions on what it could be come and what it could be used for.  We discuss it's shortcomings as well as what we wish it could do.  We also discuss the potential implications of HTML 5 on Flash.  We discuss our thoughts on CSS and it being, or not being, a programming language.

Thought you two might find this interesting and relevant to your latest show. This isn't the first time we heard Apple hates Adobe's software. Flash is also known to be the leading cause of all Apple OS crashes and will never be on any of their mobile computing platforms. IF (a big if) Flash goes bye bye there goes the budget for CF. Adobe's only hope is to start working with Google to make sure that it stays on all of the Android OS.
