Aug 11, 2009 at 3:08 PM I have one comment on the show. Dave -- you seemed skeptical about whether Adobe actually would follow the recommendations of the CFML Advisory board.
I've heard Adam Lehman (in person) specifically address this and say that Adobe is committed to following the specifications laid out by the advisory board and gave two reasons why:
1) he strongly believes that the direction of CFML should be driven by the community (which the Advisory Board represents)
2) it's one less thing Adobe has to worry about (and if "the community" is unhappy about how something is implemented in CFML, they can't blame Adobe!)
